?faq insert in page not working

    Hello
    The FAQ insert for a specific FAQ is not working on my page.
    I have tried the shortcode
    [select-faq faq_id=’455′]
    and the slug version
    [select-faq faq_slug=https://www.probateonthespot.com.au/ufaqs/read-more/]

    and neither appear.

  • Hi Lucy Dickens,

    Sometimes we have seen that people face issues with the “faq_id” attribute on their website.
    In that case I would suggest you to use the “faq_slug” attribute. Please make sure that you use the single quotes and use the right slug. For example:

    [select-faq faq_slug='slug-of-your-faq']

    You can copy the above example and replace the slug for your faq slug.
    In order to get the correct slug:
    1. Go to the FAQ tab in your plugin page.
    2. Hover over the faq that you want to use.
    3. Click on the quick edit option that is there underneath the faq and it will show you the slug for that faq.
