Hi @tonysanyi, thank you for opening a support topic. I’d be happy to help you with this so please could you share some further information:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Where do you see this error? For example, do you see this on the Site Kit dashboard or when trying to set up the plugin?
    3. Do you encounter the same from an Incognito browser?

Please also share any screenshots or recordings you might have of this which will also help. If you have any questions on the information above then let me know.

I am using a Vultr server. After Site Kit by Google updated to version 1.137.0, I encountered severe errors in the backend and was unable to log in. I could only enter recovery mode and disable this plugin.

Since the plugin can only be paused, I am unable to provide Site Health Information.

@tonysanyi Thanks for the additional information it’s very helpful. If you revert back to Site Kit 1.136.0 do you see the same issue or can you use Site Kit on this version??

Can you share how can I revert back to Site Kit 1.136.0?

    (@adamdunnage)

@tonysanyi Of course! You can go to this page, scroll to the bottom for previous versions and select 1.136.0 from the dropdown. Once you have the zip file, go to your site and Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin and follow the steps.

This will replace the current version with this version. Please then confirm if you encounter the same issue after doing this.

    Thank you, Adam!

After rolling back to version 1.136.0, everything is working fine now.

@tonysanyi Interesting! Glad you have this working for now but it would be good to find the cause of this. Before trying to update the plugin once more, could you first share your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.

Once you have shared this, could you try updating the plugin once more. It’s possible that there was an issue while updating previously so it would be good to try this once more to see if you encounter the same. Feel free to switch versions back again if you do run into the same issue again.

Today, the same problem suddenly occurred in version 1.136.0. No matter I upgraded it to version 1.139.0 or downgraded it to version 1.135.0, it could not be solved

Hi Adam, I have filled out the form, please check it

@tonysanyi Thanks for sharing the information. Please could I ask you to try and temporarily disable the WP forms lite plugin on your site and check back on Site Kit to see if you encounter the same issue?

If you still encounter the issue, could you also share a recording of this happening on your site? You can use a service such as Loom to capture and share the video URL here or via the private form.

    (@tonysanyi)

Hi Adam, as you said, after I disabled WP forms, site kit returned to normal, but how can I restore WP forms?

    Plugin Support Adam Dunnage

    (@adamdunnage)

@tonysanyi Thanks for confirming this. As the issue looks to be a conflict from the WP forms plugin, I would suggest reaching out to their support team for further assistance with this. I will also make the team aware of this to see if there is anything that we can do on our side to prevent this.

Is there anything else I can help you with?
