The email merge tag shorcode {reg_link} function is for the registration process. What are you trying to achieve?

ですが再インストールした際にデータを引き継がれていました。

Hi,

The database only holds the critical membership info and settings configuration. Those will not get deleted if you delete the plugin. This is to make sure someone doesn’t lose all their work if they accidentally deactivate and delete the plugin. You can manually delete the DB tables if you want.
