We’re happy to learn you’ve implemented our Stripe solution for your e-cmmerce site for Japan. I understand you’re also looking to collect payments in person in your stores.

With the Stripe WooCommerce Extension, your customers can pay for products and services in-person using the?M2 card reader. Alternatively, you can get started with no additional hardware using Tap to Pay on iPhone, or Tap to Pay on Android.

In-Person Payments via Stripe is available to qualified merchants using iPhone, iPad, or Android devices for non-subscription-based products.

You will need to meet the following requirements in order to collect payments in-person using the Stripe WooCommerce Extension:

• Connection to the Internet via WiFi or cellular data.
• The latest version of the Stripe WooCommerce Extension active on your WooCommerce site.
• A U.S. Stripe account in good standing.
• The latest version of the Woo Mobile App.
• A device running iOS 14+ or Android 5+.

Since Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce is a third-party plugin, we are not able to help with it, nor do we have knowledge regarding its features.

To get help with it you can open a thread on their support forum here. They will be able to answer any questions you have about their plugin ??

However, I would like to be able to make payments at the Japanese nbinience store, not at my own store.

Do you mind clarifying this for us?

As I understand you don’t want to have in person payments, correct?
Do you mind explaining how you want this set up?

I would like to implement Konbini payments as shown on this stripe page.

But in woocommerce payment method selection, there is no Konbini payments.

Is it not possible to do Konbini payments with this plugin?

On our plugin, WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway, it is not possible to use Konbini payments as it is not supported. You can check the list of supported payments here.

If you want, you can add it as a feature request. We have a website where you can submit feature requests and upvote the ones other people submitted and you like. You can check that out here.

Regarding Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce, as I mentioned we can’t really help with this plugin, as it is not ours, but they will be able to answer any questions you have on their support forum ??
