    The store products on the fan page are not synchronized.

    I’m afraid we don’t have any Chinese speakers on the team, so I hope you don’t mind if I reply in English! I’m sorry to hear that the experience of our plugin hasn’t been a successful one. We can certainly help troubleshoot any issues you’re having with the product sync if that isn’t working as expected. Just let us know!

    I totally understand if you’d rather not go through any troubleshooting steps, sometimes things should just work!

    We’re constantly improving the plugin now that we’ve taken over development and support though, and the new version we have in the works should help to improve performance and sync logic too.

    I hope you would be willing to give us another chance in the future! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience.
