グローバルナビが展開されない

I’ve used translate and I am not quite sure what the actuall issues is that you are experiencing. Can you please shate a screenshot of what you are seeing with and without the W3 Total Cache enabled and poing out what is the actuall issue so I can assist you propperly on this?

W3 Total Cacheの件、原因がわからないまま、現状、トップページのグローバルナビが展開できるようになりました。W3 Total Cacheバージョン2.7.2→2.7.0にダウングレードによるものだと思います。ありがとうございます。

また、それに伴いワードプレスに関してWordPress 6.5.3にバージョンアップすると、グローバルナビの展開した項目の後ろの黒のラインが消えて見えなくなりました。

原因を突き止める為に、ひとつづつダウングレードして調べるとWordPress 5.9.9に戻すと、黒のラインが戻りました。

Thank you for providing the additional informaiton.
Can you please share the screenhot of the issue regarding the W3 Total Cache, so I can be positive of what you are stating and see what is the before and after result?

As for the black line behind the expanded items in the global navigation disapearing, can you cofirm that the problem is also related to the W3 Total Cache? Meaning if you disable the W3TC with the latest WP version does the problem persist?
