【HELP】PostX Filter doesn’t work

    I activated the filter of PostX, it showed the filter options on top of the post grid.
    Then, I used post tag as the Filter Type.

    It showed up normally. However, when I clicked the filter type on the post grid, it didn’t show up anything. There was just a number “0” shown on the post grid.

    Could someone tell me What I can do to solve this problem?

    Can you please tell me how did you create this issue? Did you use the filter by tag on a page or you are using this inside our builder?

    I have tested this issue on our local environment but could generate the issue.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I add this “Post” block in the page, activating the filter categorised by “post_tag”.
    When I clicked “Preview” to see if it is work, it ended up showing the “0” (referred to the second pic posted above)
    I have put “tag” on my post, but it doesn’t work.

    This is a very unusual issue. Are you using any page builder or just a normal page to test this filter? Can you provide me the URL of your page so that I can test the issue for you?
