「Instagram API」の廃止について

フォロー基本キャッシュ機能でInstagramの設定をしようと開発者ページを確認したところ、
「Instagram API」は廃止され、新規登録ができなくなっていました。
「Instagram Basic Display API」または「Instagram Graph API」を使うことはできますか？
