    I attempt to create an “Add Notification” under the settings, but it does not process a test email and enabled/saved notifications disappear once I navigate away from the settings interface.

    My add on license appears to have been valid and accepted in the interface.

    Also:

    1. Make sure to save the Site Reviews settings after adding a notification.
