? URGENT: Permalinks VS Javascript Conflict!!!

  • Hello, gr8 ppl!

    Here is my trouble!

    I have costum external javascript included in Header.php, this javascript function is then used in comments.php

    Everything worked before I switched on permalinks [I had to create own .htaccess file] now permalinks work but I get javascript errors!

    any ideas? do I have to include something in .htaccess to make javsacript work?
