It seems like you have a comma (,) after one of your custom elements and nothing afterwards. This may break the css file, and thous you will not be able to see any font changes.

Make sure to remove the comma in “Section 5: Manage Fonts” by editing the relevant custom element after selecting your font.

We will consider adding a filter to automatically correct all custom elements may be invalid.
