Тhe settings for tumbnail doesn’t saved

Hello, there is a big problem and I think it is rooted in the ASTRA theme.
When I set the settings for tumbnail through settings->woocommerce>product images the settings are simply not saved and in my product catalog the photos are displayed in their real size. Accordingly, this greatly slows down the loading of the site.

I tried everything, stopped all plugins, tried with code, but to no avail. How can I deal with this problem.

For reference, my photos are in WebP format
