    Hello,
    1. Extended currency symbol support is enabled;
    2. MBString extension is installed;
    3. Multi-currency plugins are not used;
    4. WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips 2.12.1, php 7.4.27, wp 5.9
    Screenshot
    The currency symbol is the Russian ruble (?), but displayed as a block. Any ideas how to solve this?

    Regards,
    Andrey

    I think this issuing may be happening because you have the Keep PDF on server setting enabled. This setting is included in our Professional plugin, which is why we’re wondering if you maybe are using the Professional extension.

    In any case, you can try with a new test order to check if the currency symbol appears. This is because in previous orders, the PDF invoice stored in their server will not change, but in a new test order, the new settings will be applied.

    I wrote above that I’m using version 2.12.1, so this is the free version.

    Have you applied any custom styling (font related) to the template? Your screenshot shows a template with two price columns, where the official “Simple” template has 1 quantity column and one price column. I suspect that the root cause of this issue is in your customizations and not in the plugin itself.

    If I manually click the “Create PDF” button in the orders, then the currency symbol is displayed correctly. Screenshot

    Custom styling becouse I am using multivendor plugin: WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace.

    Ah I see – we don’t support WCFM, we’re aware they have built an integration with our plugin, but the implementation they have chosen results in many incompatibilities, unfortunately. You will need to take this up with WCFM support directly, since the official PDF that our plugin produces is showing the currency correctly.

    The problem was solved by installing the PDF Invoice mPDF library WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips + mPDF and activating Advance Font in the WCFM settings.

    Glad to hear that! Please note that the version you are linking to is outdated and can cause issues if you upgrade to a newer PHP version. You can find the latest version here:

    https://github.com/wpovernight/woocommerce-pdf-ips-mpdf/releases
    In your case the woocommerce-pdf-ips-mpdf.2.3.0.zip version should suffice (CJK is for Chinese, Japanese & Korean)
