Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

if I disable all plugins then I won’t even have a page that has this problem. This is a bit strange advice)
