Creating a token via the function

Hello! I’m trying to create the ability to generate a token through a function. That is, I will have a page in the admin panel where a certain person will create users for himself. He will only be allowed to enter an email. I want to sew up the rest of the parameters in the code. I see several static functions in the class: create_new_user and generate_wtlwp_token. I can use them to write my own functionality, or maybe there is support for hooks?Thanks!
