As a starting point, could you please confirm that the pixel you’re looking at in Facebook is currently showing as connected under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce > Pixel? You are behaving very incorrectly. In your previous answer, you suggested contacting support directly. I did it. Submitted all screenshots and received no response. Now you say “Problem solved.”

Since your original post here, we’ve released a new major version – version 2.0 – and a follow-up with 2.0.1.

Would you please update the plugin to the latest version and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue?
