Please make sure that, in the individual form’s settings, Email -> Admin Notification, the “To Address” field is not blank and is {admin_email}. Please check the screenshot in the link below for reference.

поменял почту на яндекс и все заработало))), но вот мейл.ру почему то не принимает письма, с спаме тоже нет((

You mean the Russian character is not accepted in the form email settings input area. If this is not the case then can you elaborate more on the scenario, my friend ??
