I disabled all plugins and it turned out that Rank Math SEO is not working when two plugins are activated: Urvanov Syntax Highlighter and Classic Editor. Your screenshot with Gutenberg editor.

I checked with all versions of PHP it has nothing to do with this.

I also checked error_log, no error was recorded.

Of course I get this error in the browser console :
