    Клиент оплатил у нас товар на сайте 29 декабря со стороны платежной системы получили информацию, что в этот же день все средства были получены. Оплата происходила по ЕРИП

    Проблема в том, что в админке статус изменился только 8 января

    The client paid for the goods on our website on December 29th. The payment system received information that all the funds were received on the same day. The payment was made via ERIP
    The problem is that the status changed in the admin only on January 8

    Hi there @artemverb17,

    Thank you for sharing more details on this.

    I checked your gist and was able to notice that you are using an outdated version of WooCommerce. I was also not able to replicate any delays from my test store.

    Could you please try updating your WooCommerce version and make a test order to see how long the status would take to update?

    If that doesn’t help, I suggest performing a conflict test to see if there are any conflicting plugins that could lead to the delay.
