I’m sorry if you were confused. Our page in the Plugin Directory clearly states:

REQUIREMENTS
General Features may be used by anyone with any web server (LiteSpeed, Apache, NGiNX, etc.).

LiteSpeed Exclusive Features require OpenLiteSpeed, commercial LiteSpeed products, LiteSpeed-powered hosting, or the new QUIC.cloud CDN, now in beta.

And then it goes on to list which features are “General” and which are “LiteSpeed Exclusive.”
