Comments disappeared after upgrade

I assume you are using a 1.2 style. Did you see here hoe to change the call for your comments file?

yes, i did but nothing changed ; i tried to put my code but it doesn’t work

Does your theme has a comments.php file? I’d try to replace it with the one from the “classic” theme that comes with the download to see if it works. (if our theme doesn’t have one, I’d still try to drop the calssic comments.php in the theme you are using.)
Sorry for not being a wizard here, that’s how I usually go… trial and error ??
