How to removing “Powered by WP” from footer

Hello, would appreciate some help with removing the ‘powered by WP’ from footer in the Zillah theme to customise to my needs. I am not able to find a ‘footer’ option in either theme options, or widgets.

Please note that I am not familiar with css, so I’d rather not go the coding route if there is another option available.

Okay, I was really hoping to announce my site to everyone tomorrow, but I have two issues I need help with.
1. On my phone, when the site comes up, the menu bar is visible, but when you touch it nothing happens.
2. The slider looks great on a pc, but does not work on tablet or mobile phone.

Could really use help ASAP

I made a logo using graphic springs, and used it in my header. However, I would like it to be bigger. I can’t see anyway to adjust the size at all. Is there anyway to enlarge the logo?

Nothing will make the top menu bar sticky!

Hi,

Wonderful theme, just what I was looking for (and I looked at a zillion themes) but there’s one problem I can’t solve (customized other elements like excess space between site-header and content etc): the header-inner-top class will simply not remain sticky!

In desperation I tried practically every other class in that section, but nothing.
Could someone please help?! Thanks in advance

Adding byline to posts

I’ve read that the ability to add a byline on posts in WordPress is theme-specific. I am using the Zillah theme, which apparently does not support this feature. Is there any way that I can automatically add bylines to every post with my name as the author — either via a plugin or by CSS code — even though my theme doesn’t offer them? I am the only author on my site, so I’m not concerned about flexibility for multiple authors; I just want to show my name as the author of each article before the main text. (I am already using the Simple Author plugin, which adds author information at the END of each post, but I’d also like a simple byline to appear at the beginning, both on individual posts and on the homepage.)

Also, I am currently using the Under Construction plug-in, so I can’t give you a link to my site. But if you need me to upload screenshots, let me know.

zillah 1.1.1 not suported by my host

Hi, I recently upgraded zillah on 1.1.1 version and I have a line on my homepage saying:
Warning: Wrong parameter count for round() in /home/a7802387/public_html/wp-content/themes/zillah/functions.php on line 411

I am not an expert in the field but apparently because of the hosting I have I cannot upgrade WordPress and some of the themes.
I want to continue to use Zillah, how can I get the older version back again?

Hi everybody,

I’m working on my site, just installed Zillah on there but the feature content slider is not working properly I think. I created a category and added three posts to it but only two posts are visible, the slider does not slide and so the third post completely disappears. It should be simple so I’m probably overlooking something. I have little to no knowledge of css.

Anyone who could help?
