Is there a way to make any sort of adjustments to a Zenfolio gallery that is displayed on a website. We are wanting it to exactly mirror the way Zenfolio has it layed out but have not been able to achieve that.

Zenfolio photosets are no more showing in lightbox

Hi,

I am having problems with a gallery on a page that is used to show photosets and also the images inside it in a lightbox where users can see different photos inside that photoset.

Now clicking on an image open up only one main image hence users can not see the other photos.
Here is the shortcode I am using.

i have password protected a folder and then embedded it on my website.

When I open this folder in Safari and enter the password, Safari (or the Zenfolio site) always redirects me to the login. In Chrome and Firefox I then get into the folder.
How can I solve the problem?

Thanks so much for making this plugin! I’ve been using Zenfolio and was stuck with their theme… I love Zenfolio but with WP, there will be much more flexibility!

So, I am using this plugin for my site that’s being renewed.

1. What should I do to keep good SEO although I’m using tons of photos with Photonic? The pages that uses Photonic is pretty slow to load. Is it something that can be fixed, but of course, I would want to keep the quality of the images….

2. Is it possible to set a maximum height for the photos? I see there is a minimum height that can be set in the setting but don’t see max height. So some of my vertical images show up HUGE.

I have downloaded and installed the plugin.. and also set up my Zenfolio id in the settings page.. and then trying to use the password in Authentication page.. seems its not getting authorised.. can u pls help.

Unknown error using Photonic

I have been using Photonic for some time now, I created a new blog post yesterday and embed a gallery form Zenfolio. I noticed an “unknown error” showing in place of the gallery and it looks like all my older articles are now showing the same error. I have updated the shortcode to custom one instead of the default gallery shortcode. I installed the plugin on another site to test and same results. Anyone else experiencing issues with Zenfolio galleries? I tested a Flickr gallery I have and it shows fine.

Zenfolio gallery contents don’t show up

I can’t seem to get photos within a single Zenfolio gallery to display. I get the following error:

Zenfolio returned an error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists, contact Support.

A Photonic gallery of Zenfolio galleries shows up just fine.

I turned on Performance logging in case useful. (I’m not sure it’s related, but when I click on the Photonic gallery to edit there is a 5-sec pause before next screen is displayed. Seems a tad long. I’m thinking I might need to use only shortcodes so that a minor edit doesn’t take several minutes.)

Hello together

after the latest update my Zenfolio photos are not shown anymore.

In the Zenfolio settings I used for the username
scheidecker and https://scheidecker.zenfolio.com/
both failed.

When I try to modify a current page, I receive this error:

cURL error 60: server certificate verification failed. CAfile: CRLfile: none

Do you have any idea what’s wrong ? please let me know

I’m not sure if this is even a Photonic issue. But my wordpress posts that include publicly accessible zenfolio galleries, or collections – only allow showing of the full size image through a desktop web browser. If I access the same blog post through my phones web browser (Chrome), the thumbnails show up fine, but accessing any of the photos to view larger, results in the “Content protected by owner” dialog?? I logged out of Zenfolio on my PC, and tried again to see if maybe it was working on my PC because I was logged in. But it still works fine on the PC, but not on the phone??? Can anyone just verify that it isn’t just something messed up on my phone???

caption attribute on Zenfolio photosets

Maybe I’ve misunderstood the documentation somehow, but for the life of me, I can’t seem to get the caption attribute to show anything but the image titles on Zenfolio photosets. This is what I’m trying to use;

With the hopes that if a caption is present, it will show it, and if a caption is not present, it would show the image title instead.

Does the caption attribute work for Zenfolio photosets?
