I’ve reactivated AMP now that I know that I can disable it when I need to edit Title & Description fields in Yoast SEO on my Posts/Pages … but I’d like to get to the cause so I can use both without any issue.
TROUBLESHOOTING SO FAR:
– used Health Check & Troubleshooting to find out which plugin was conflicting with Yoast SEO. When I turned off Troubleshooting mode and disabled the AMP plugin, the Yoast Snippet and other sections in my editor worked fine.
– I completely removed the AMP plugin, reinstalled it via Plugins > Add New, and reactivated it but its still conflicting with Yoast SEO.
I have had an issue with Yoast SEO and another plugin for some time and my Yoast SEO plugin was on version 5(something, I didn’t write it down). Yesterday I managed finally update the Yoast SEO plugin to version 10.1.2. After I updated I started having issues with the SEO panel in WooCommerce.
When editing blog posts the Yoast SEO panel is working normally. When editing or creating a new WooCommerce product the Yoast SEO panel is blank.
I entered troubleshooting mode (based on one of the Yoast SEO help articles) and attempted to recreate the issue to try figure out the problem but was unsuccessful. I’m not sure how it is possible to try troubleshoot when WooCommerce is not in troubleshooting mode.
I installed the Health Check, and it isn’t showing any issues.
Any suggestions on how I can get my Yoast SEO panel back in my WooCommerce products?
WordPress Version 5.1.1
Yoast SEO Version 10.1.2
WooCommerce 3.5.7
PHP version 7.1
Thanks in advance,
Rebecca

]]>I have recently installed the Simple Plugin Cache. I enabled compression (in the settings)and all seemed a little faster for a while.
However, when I logged out I noticed there was script and content poking out from the top of the site. It was Open Graph description from the Yoast Plugin.
I switched off compression and it reverted back to normal.
Is it is possible this plugin has a conflict with Yoast SEO plugin?
Thanks
Vincent
