I have used this plugin for yelp reviews, it was working fine but now I am facing the issue, it shows the error message ” There are no reviews on your Yelp platform.” I connected the valid account and here you can see there a lot of reviews https://www.yelp.com/biz/table-and-eve-newport-beach

I have deactivated and deleted the plugin but still, the issue is there…

I’ve been using this pluggin for awhile and so far it has been smooth sailing using it and it Wasn’t complicated to set up at all.

Thanks to the developers for offering a free version as we are but a small startup with a small budget and this helps us a lot.

I’ve had a hard time finding a way to produce json-ld compliant ratings with other plugins, this plugin easily gathers data from our current review sites and displays it on the pages we choose! Having widgets for Yelp and Facebook was a huge bonus!

Shortcode Not Working

As you will see, I’ve installed the free version of Yelp Widget Pro. Created the App to get the API key and then added the widget.

However, I don’t need a widget, I want to display the reviews on a page instead. Therefore, I’m using the shortcode, but it doesn’t work, the page it’s not recognizing the shortcode and displays it as plain text.

I added the shortcode while editing the page in text view, by the way. I actually tried it both ways and even tried it using the ‘<‘code’>’ tag, which I knew wouldn’t work.

I tried everything I could before opening this thread. Please help. Thank you.

Just downloaded the plugin but it cannot find the business

So I just downloaded the yelp plugin and I set it up in the footer, but its not actually loading the business. I have tried the slug part of the URL, search terms, it just wont find it, please help!It constantly says business information is unavailable.

Only one review is displayed

Hi,

No issues with the installation and key setup. However, when I go to the review tab in settings, I only see one review. Also, the widget displays one review. I tried changing the number of reviews to display, etc, but still only one shows up. My business has 20 reviews.

Can I moderate the reviews before they are posted? I want to showcase the best current reviews and weed out poorer reviews. I don’t always want the 3-5 latest.
