, but when I then send a mail, it retained the old link, so the url is somehow retrieved elsewhere…. I think de MP guys stored in … https://OURSITE/wp-content/themes/colormag/js/image-uploader.js?ver=20150309

Also, at browser’s Error Console there’s a JS error:

Error: TypeError: element.dispatchEvent is not a function

It seems to be a conflict related to ColorMag, so I wonder if someone here can give a way to fix it. Until last update of this theme, Mailpoet was working OK.
I can see that this kind of conflict also arises between Mailpoet and other plugins, and as Mailpoet 2 is no longer mantained, I think the solution have to be to avoid the conflict from Colormag’s side.
Thanks in advance for any help with this. We should be sending a periodical newsletter today and need to fix this urgently.
And have a good new year, indeed!
As soon as I activate MailPoet 3, I see the message “You’ve reached the 2,000 subscribers limit!” and “Delete unconfirmed subscribers to have less than 2,000 subscribers.”
MailPoet 3 created a list called “WordPress Users” with over 9,000 users. I cannot delete this list, and I cannot move any of the users on this list to the trash on the Subscribers page.
There are less than a dozen WordPress users on my site. However, there are over 9,000 users on our multisite network. I have no intention of ever sending a newsletter to any of these users.
The MailPoet knowledge base recommends deleting these users. I, of course, cannot delete these users from the WordPress multisite network because they are associated with other subsites.
It is fine, I suppose, if MailPoet wants to create this “WordPress Users” list. However, it is a bug that this list is comprised of multisite network users, rather than the users of the individual site.

Im trying to clone a newsletter and trying to add new content but every time i save and send the preview email, its sending me the default template and the new template is not saving although the ajax message show me its updated successfully!! i’m also getting some js error in my console..see below:
I have created some regular newsletters and now I want to have an automatic newsletter.
I’m using the [newsletter:number] shortcode for the issue number.
But the issue number of the automatic newsletter is 1 and I would like to set up for example at 6, because it follows the 5 last regular newsletters.
How can I do that ? I can see no version or issue field in the database.
regards
]]>I am yet to send my first newsletter to a large group – and would like to avoid hazzling my customers with errors the very first time.
I tested – of course – a lot of times with 4-10 receivers, and the only problem they report is that some of – either the newsletter – or the mails that confirm their registration to the newsletter list – is getting court in their spam filter.
Thank you so much in advance for calming me down

]]>After several trials, I then tried to have a look at my CRONjobs.
I discovered that I had more than 11.000 “unknown” CRONs referenced.
Does any of you already had that?
What can I do? Delete? Where from?
Does it overload my platform?
Do you think it could be linked to hereabove issue?
Thanks.
