The Woocommerce Analytics statistics is not showing the manually entered orders via the WordPress/Woo dashboard (backend)… For example if we have 50 orders today and 10 of them were manaully entered (from the phone, etc), the system shows the total amount generated and also the order cound of 40 orders only…
Please, help me fix this…

I’m using JetPack with a WP.org website. When I go to JetPack stats, it’s showing me stats for the correct site.
However, when I click the Show Me button for “Did you know you can view enhanced stats on WordPress.com?,” it shows me stats for a WP.com website I also own instead of the WP.org website.
How do I fix this?
Thanks,
Susan
Stats have started showing up suddenly on the 1st of October even though the plugin was installed and activated on the 20th September.
The stats however are wrong. There are 26 episodes in total in the series and stats show that each one was 1) directly downloaded and 2) played in the window all on the same day. That is a total of 52 listens all on the 1st October.
Thanks,
Alex

]]>For example, I right now see 106 hits to “smartphone/datenblatt.php”, a page I removed last night and adapted (manual) links to it some time later. I see the number 106 when hovering over the URL in the “top pages” widget.
When I click in the page, i.e. filter to only see hits to this page, I end up with a graph and stats only showing one hit. This looks like the correct number.
I have seen similar things before, like a page that has not been updated for a year receiving many hits, which is unlikely as the content is outdated now. Filtering for that page, the number reduced significantly, to a more realistic magnitude. I guess in this case I was seeing hits from a year ago in the “top pages” widget.
Similarly, I have the impression of seeing hits from yesterday (or even longer ago) in the first example I mentioned.
Can you have a look into this?
If it helps I can send some screen-shots or even a small video showing the effect.
Cheers,
Klaus

]]>The site averages around 3.5-4 million pageviews a month and about 350K unique visitors.
Normal load during the day hits 400-1000 simultaneous users. However, since yesterday Visitormaps only shows 40-60 people online which is way way off.
We also have Piwik Live analytics which shows correctly, it is only Visitormaps that shows live vistors way off.
Have checked all logs, no related errors and can not find anything even with debugging turned on.
Im clueless

]]>I am quite puzzled: I run several sites with WordPress and Jetpack and up to now stats were always right and reliable as far as I can tell. Now I ran into a strange problem and have no clue about the root cause for it.
Lately I migrated a blog from wordpress.com to a self hosted solution and bought a redirection at wordpress.com. The new blog uses Jetpack to provide stats. Page views for old posts are displayed correctly, as far as I can tell.
Yesterday we published the first post on the new blog. And now we face the puzzling fact that page views does not work properly: All traffic to the new post is shown as traffic to the start page, even though we know for sure that is was generated by clicking on the right permalink.
Anyone encountered this before? I got no clue as to what the reason might be. I run quite a lot of plugins, including WP-Stats-Dashboard.
Frankly, I have no idea where to start in order to find out what actually is happening here. And thus I have no idea which additional info might be necessary here to find the answer.
Cheers

After changing host, I also decided to use a new wordpress instead of transferring the old wordpress data over.
I also installed WP-stats for this new wordpress, but my stats does not update anymore. It only shows my old stats and the rest of the days are zero till today.
Is there anything I’m not doing right? Or should I sign up for another wordpress account so that my ACI key is a different one?
