Divi Blog Grid Linking to Wrong Posts

After the update to WP 5.5 and Divi 4.5.7, I added a new custom post type. A previous custom post type I added prior to these updates works fine, but there’s something wrong with the new on I added following the updates. Using the exact same page template and the same Divi module (blog module using grid display) as the one that works properly, the links that populate in the blog grid whan calling to the new content type are opening up posts with the wrong content. For example, in the blog grid, there are 3 stories displayed, all show the right headlines and excerpts in the grid, and when I check the links to the posts, they show they are linking to the correct post IDs, but when the posts open, they are displaying the content from a different post ID.

Any ideas why this might be?

Whenever i create a new table in the tablepress plugin, the webmaster plugin automatically submits the false URL to bing.

Please check the screenshot, before and after creating a new table in the plugins.

Clone Being Redirected to Original

No matter what I do I can’t fix the situation below:

1. Months ago I created a Post: https://thesimarchitect.com/new-minecraft-launcher-1-14-4-and-1-15-preview/

2. After I cloned it, then edited it, new permalink https://thesimarchitect.com/minecraft-1-15-1-how-to-download-and-install/ (different post, new number, content is different as well)

3. Today I cloned the post 2, new permalink: https://thesimarchitect.com/minecraft-1-16-20w11a-march-2020-download-and-install/

No matter what I do I am served the original old Post 1 instead of the correct versions.

My wordpress runs on nginx, so .htaccess file won’t do anything.

Shares wrong post

When I share any post on facebook or twitter or anywhere using social pug buttons, it always share the wrong post. Some random post.

It had been working fine and then I added Yoast Seo plugin. When I saw the problem, I deactivated Yoast but the problem persists.

kindly provide me a solution?

Link is redirecting to wrong post

Hello,

I have a single post post within a category that once clicked sends you to another post from a completely different category.

The link path should be:
Home / North Wales BOW / Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

But instead takes you to:
Home / News from around Wales / Hawarden Estate Farm Shop announce half term events.

I’ve checked the urls, slugs and categories for both posts and all are correct and different from one another. Within the category the snippet displays the correct post but once clicked redirects. The post is also redirected if the url is typed in the browser address bar.

I’ve also tried deleting the foreign post (announce half term events) hoping that it would then pick up the correct post but it then creates a 404 error instead.

The only thing that will work is changing the url but I’d rather avoid that if possible as that would break any links from external sites to this post.
e.g:
Old: www.welshcountry.co.uk/hawarden-estate-farm-shop/
New: www.welshcountry.co.uk/hawarden-estate-farm-shop-2/

I am not sure if this is a Genesis issue or a wordpress issue but I have searched both forums and found no answer that helps.

I am having some posts thumbnails directing to wrong pages. In the page (https://my-how-to-draw.com.izela.com.au/how-to-draw-spiderman.html) you will find that 2 of the 3 posts (excluding spiderman 2099) go to the wrong post.

The link address is correct but it redirects once clicked for some reason. It goes to a page with a similar name so I am thinking this may have something to do with it but it is still a problem that I need to fix.

Wrong post/stuck post?

Whenever I click into a post and try to use the Facebook button (pr any other button), it always tries to post the same post. It does this on all posts. I’ve check social tags, and they are fine. It’s the same in both Chrome and Firefox. What could be causing this?

Images showing up in wrong place (mobile)

Hello,

I have a photography blog, very basic. I just write a blurb, upload the pictures, and it scrolls. There’s no real menu or anything, it’s just a place for me to put stuff.

Lately I’ve noticed that on my phone, when visiting the site, some of the pictures from other posts are being placed in other posts that they weren’t originally in. When I look at it on the computer, everything is right where it should be. I tried switching themes and the problem still exists.

Anybody else have this problem with mobile? (iphone iOS 8.1.2)

Importing facebook comments in the wrong post

Hello,

Thanks for your plugin, it’s quite nice but we have a little problem.

The comments are being imported from facebook but they all appear together in every post, comments from post A appear in post B and comments from post B appear in post A.

Is there a way to solve this please? thanks a lot!

Facebook og meta has duplicate on home page!?

Hi,

I have a problem that keeps reoccurring.

The home page of my site now displays the most recent posts og meta data so when someone clicks ‘like’ or posts my homepage to facebook it shows the wrong information.

The home page og is there but a duplicate appears below…

Also this seems to have only just happened for no reason. It was fine and displayed the correct content when posting to facebook and displayed the correct number of facebook likes.

How do i fix the dupe og meta?

This is the 3rd site this has happened too using yoast.. It’s such a great plugin but I’m going to have to change to something else if i can’t fix this issue.
