Example:
(1) Hello, what can I help you with today?
(2) I would like to find out more about the product.
(3) Sure, do you want to know its features?
This is the correct order. However, I am facing a bug whereby it is displayed in the order of (1) -> (3) -> (2) which causes confusion to the user.

so we checked the WooCommerce orders IDs but there was not any order with this ID, even in database.
How this happened!?
currently we disabled wallet due to find out how many wrong credit applied on wrong users or orders.

I tried to fix this issue by editing the dates which did work but now the correct reply is above the correct comment instead of underneath it and the replies are not indented.
It seems that all the replies and comments have somehow all been posted as comments. I need to fix this so it doesn’t happen again. I also need to know what is the correct way to respond to a comment. Do I approve first and then reply or do I reply and then approve. I am very confused.
Could have been something I did, I’m not sure. I am at my wit’s end and ready to through in the towel.

]]>The customer got the right info in the mail itself but in the PDF it is the order invoice of the customer who ordered after. It is about this order 2017-2092 and this is the one they got the invoice of 2017-2093. Also I checked the status page which looks good and all. I’m using the simple template.

]]>I have the Pro version of your plugin. The invoices are attached to the “completed” mail which is send to customers. The “completed” status is automatically triggered when the parcel is scanned by DHL by another plugin (Sendcloud)..
Customers do receive the completed mail, but the wrong invoice is attached.. (from an other order)
Can’t figure out what to do, hope you can help me!
