I’m using Total Theme from Wpexplorer with Wpbakery.
We need to show images in differents formats 2:1, 3:2, 1:2 and 2:3, vertical and landscape orientation.
WordPress is cutting off the images and then the Fancybox plugin is showing them wrongly in the Lightbox.
It’s weird because I’ve created a lot of websites with this theme using the same plugins and this is the first time that happens.
The client outo-edit the content. I installed Smush plugin to optimize the images. I’m suspecting that this plugin can be the culprit of the error but I’m not sure.
Thanks in advance for the help.
]]>I am using the free ‘Portafolio’ theme from WP explorer (https://wpexplorer-demos.com/portafolio/). But I cannot make a separate portfolio page. When adding a new page I can only choose from 4 templates: no template, blog, fullwith and homepage. Normally I choose the template ‘Portfolio’, and that’s it. It should be very easy, but I cannot find the solution. Can somebody help me out?
Thanks!
]]>Lately, I’ve been having issues adding links in headings and message boxes, even though it worked fine for months.
I’ve tried using the link tool both in Visual Composer and in classic mode, as well as adding the url directely in the code using the classic mode. The results I get are either regular text (no link) or an empty link that just refreshes the page.
I edited a couple of links before I realized this was happening, so now I have bunch of links that aren’t working…which is not good since now is a very important time for me to reach potential clients.
I even tried replicating the whole header code from a header with a link that still works and modifying it to display the proper text and use the proper url for a new link, but it doesn’t work either. For reference, here’s the example code I used and my version for the new link. I don’t see any hints as to why the new one doesn’t work while the example one still does, but I don’t know much about code. Is the problem somewhere else in my website’s code?
Example:
[heading heading=”Activités pour camps de jour” margin_bottom=”20px” text_align=”left” link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Faccentnature.ca%2Factivites-pour-camps-de-jour%2F|title:Activit%C3%A9s%20pour%20camps%20de%20jour|”]
New code:
[heading heading=”Mission de l’entreprise et informations diverses” margin_bottom=”20px” text_align=”left” link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Faccentnature.ca%2Flentreprise%2F|title:Mission%20de%20l’entreprise%20et%20informations%20diverses|”]
The problem seems to be limited to headings and text boxes. I tried adding a link in the regular text (with the link tool and in classic mode) and it worked fine.
If it makes any difference, I’m using the Earth theme, by WPExplorer.
Any help would be much appreciated.
]]>I would like to disable ALL comments from appearing on the site pages. I’ve disabled them in the “Discussion” tap, but they are still showing up. I am also not seeing any individual settings on any pages to disable them. What am I missing?
Thanks!

]]>I use iPage to host my WordPress site. I use the Tetris theme from WPExplorer.
I am preparing myself to tear down everything and start fresh to rid this problem once and for all. I’ve backed up my site just in case (making a note that it’s an infected back up) and will be reinstalling the Tetris theme.
Wanted to flag this in case anyone else was having issues with iPage and/or WPExplorer. Let me know if there’s anything else to be aware of.
]]>I’m using WPExplorer’s “ELEGANT” theme, which comes with a Portfolio feature, but I have no idea how to set it up… and i’ve try to post using portfolio, every time getting 404 error. how can i fix this issue ?
I’ve tried renaming a page and slug to portfolio-page, portfolio, portfolio-item, and nothing shows up.
Do I need to set up a tag for those or something?

]]>I’m using the theme ‘Corporate’ by WP Explorer, and for some reason the built in homepage slideshow is really long, far too long to be used on the homepage.
There doesn’t seem to be any options within the theme to change the size, nor display at 100%, can’t find anything in the CSS either… Any help?
Here is the CSS
[Entire stylesheet redacted]
I am a complete novice, using Photo Them by WPExplorer, and on the grid display of my blog, there are several blank entires. As such, instead of having a nice neat 3×3 grid, I apparently have a 4×3 grid with three of the cells completely empty.
To see what I mean, please go here:

You will notice there is a similar problem on the next pagination, and then it seems to be ok…
Any help would be hugely appreciated
