Preview Disappears

Hey I’m having an issue with the plugin. Once a user fills out the information on the post an event page and they go to preview the listing it shows up for 1-2 seconds and then everything disappears. I’ve had this happen to multiple people on different occasions.

Try to create an event on the site you and you will see what I’m talking about. I can also send a video demonstration of me doing it as well if that helps. This is urgent so any help would be appreciated.

Event Listings Video and Image Size Limit

Hey everyone thanks for all the help so far. I am trying to see on the event creation page is there an option for us to where we can show a video but instead we just input URL so they don’t have the option to upload something heavy onto our site?

Also a second question for adding an image how can I limit it so only images less than a certain size can be uploaded?

Changing Event Time Fields

I don’t want users to select between a 12 hour and 24 hour format. I would like the 12 hour to be default and also the event start time and end time fields, how can I edit the values to be hourly intervals instead of every 15 minutes?

Anybody know how to fix this?

Few questions regarding Event Plugin/Addons

Plugin Questions:

1. Can we allow the event listings template to show more information initially (ex. Category, description, etc.?

2. Also on the event page, why does it let the user adjust the price for the tickets. It doesn’t go lower than what I set but it allows them to go up. I don’t like that, it should be a set price.

3. Is there a list of available shortcodes for us to use and implement throughout the website?

4. Is there a way to integrate a payment processor so that I can charge event organizers a percentage of their ticket sales as well?

Anon booking – collected contact info not shown to admin

I am have set up an event using anonymous booking.

The booking form collects contact info.

However, when the email goes out to admin – booking information that user entered is not displayed.

Additionally, bookers see the following error message on the screen:

Booking successful (you will receive a confirmation email once confirmed). However there were problems whilst sending confirmation emails to you and/or event contact person….

We have used this plugin before and it has worked fine.

Any help is much appreciated.
