I am having issues with the plugin not working, not delivering messages and finding help. I have sent in multiple messages now including a request for a refund. As a professional I cannot wait and leave this thing inactive and broke on a live website. I have done due diligence in that I have searched for the answer.

The problems are the box displays but is locked in page mode when I personally try to use it on my laptop. When others see it the messages sent through the chat box go to Facebook inbox and not to my cell Messenger app. If I have a chat going on Facebook and the same person goes to my site. The content they type into the site goes to Facebook inbox and is missing from the feed on my phone.

I have a site that gets generic ranked clicks and is running ads. I have not received even one chat from a client. I have had two people test it and results were poor in that they did not work and only displayed on Facebook inbox.

I have had another person try and they couldn’t get it to work at all. Please advise.

I’ve just discovered WP-Chatbot a few days ago. It’s insanely useful.
In fact, it helps me connect with my Facebook users directly from my website.
As users love chatbots even more than emails, I think I’ll never uninstall this plugin. Thanks for having created it.
