However, over the last several days the ‘Blog Featured Slider’ at the top of the pages has stopped showing. It was showing perfectly previously. We haven’t changed a single part of WordPress or the the WPTouch app.

Even WPTouch’s preview function shows the slider. Please see screenshot here. Everything has been set-up correctly there, as you may see.

However, whenever we view our WordPress blog on any mobile browser, it the slide no longer shows. All we see is a large blank space, which obviously doesn’t look very professional.

We’ve tried to reset and republish the settings in WPTouch and many other solutions, but the carousel/slider no longer shows in all browsers we try.

We have the latest versions of WPtouch ( 4.3.50 ) and WordPress installed.

What can we do please?

I have a client site and when we click on the Search function UNDER the header and click on ENTER button, it displays the products in an incorrect format , showing posts as search results with the product and NO Product thumbnail and Product Description and NO pricing, and a drop down “Show Post Results”, I don’t want any of that display on MOBILE search and it needs to look the same as the results on PC & Ipad.

This seems like it is to do with your plugin as the issue ONLY occurs on the MOBILE and we are using WP Touch. The Search button when clicking on Enter UNDER the Header displays the results properly on PC & Ipad with the Product Image, Product Title and Price. That’s how I need it to display on the mobile.

If you try it on your actual mobile you will see what I mean exactly.

How can I fix this urgently please ? I assume we can do some CSS coding to fix it ?

I have using WPtouch plugin to setting up my website in mobile view however when i clicked my posting its automatically changed into desktop view. Is there anything i should do to change it? Please help. Thanks.

Is there support for this ? Sidecart not displaying VIEW Cart Buttons when displaying the sidecart.

I am using Storefront Theme
Using WP Touch for Mobile view.

Sidecart pops up, main issue is ONLY on mobile where it doesn’t show the buttons , like there is no room.

I don’t have the issue on another client site.
Only 1 site having this issue which has Storefront theme installed.

If someone could advise urgently would be greatly appreciated.
Does it NOT work with certain themes or plugins ?
Does it work with WP Touch plugin ?

I am using Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry plugin alongside your WP Touch plugin.
Your plugin does not allow the “Add to Cart” button to appear on mobile device.
It is no issues on PC and when your plugin is deactivated it is no issues either.
I can’t figure out how to fix this and is very frustrating.

it is just when your plugin is activated it is NOT displaying the “Add to Cart” button on mobile.

It shows the “Add to Enquiry Cart” button and “read More” and “Select Options” on mobile device (3 buttons on mobile device) where it should only show 2 buttons.

When disabling your plugin it shows it properly the “Add to Cart” button.

Please advise HOW to fix this as I’ve had issues with your plugin and this before and can’t remember HOW to fix it.

Recently from 25th april google started to detect mobile usability issue: “clickable elements too closer together” and ” text too small to read” and effected 35 posts.

I am using autooptimize and w3 total cache. I did configured the cache settings carefully following the guides from wprouch cache configure guide.

But I am still finding the same problem on mobile friendly test by google.

After trying several things, i decided to deactivate wptouch as long as i could fix the issue. I need your support. Please, thank you!

Would the “create cache for mobile theme” in WP Fastest Cache do the job in replacing Power Pack? Does it work well with WP Touch themes? Thanks.

This was working perfectly for years, but a recent update to wordpress made the table not function correctly. After the plugin re-install – the table background colors alternate and the text is lost in the background color.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
