I am using WP-touch pro plugin in my website
butthe widjets can’t be seen in the mobile version
so all the elemnts in the right and in the left like conrtact form etc. can’t be seen
Is there a solution for this?

I am using the “HitMag Pro” Theme but when I have gone through the “WP Touch Pro” I have seen there are so many features so I have installed. but now I am not able to understand as if I am using HitMag Pro Theme is it required to use WP Touch pro plugin or not?
Is it as if the theme is also supporting mobile responsive but still there are so many features in the WP Touch Pro plugin for which I need to use or I should uninstall this plugin if I am using HitMag Pro Theme?

WP Touch PRO caching issue

Hi,

I recently upgraded WP to 4.6.1. Prior to upgrading WP Super Cache would create 2 cached versions: mobile and desktop. This worked perfectly for the last couple years with my setup that includes an old version of WP Touch PRO.

After upgrading WP it stopped producing the mobile cache version. I thought that the problem may be related to not having upgraded WP Super Cache – so I proceeded to automatically upgrade WP Super Cache and the result is the same.

I have checked the configuration settings and they appear to be the same as prior to the upgrade.

I there something that I am missing that will allow WP Super Cache to create the two versions of cache for mobile and desktop?

I have recently installed WP Touch pro with my site. but since then, I am getting error message with them. It shows “Configuration is required to work with WPtouch Pro. It must configured to exclude the user agents that WPtouch Pro is enabled for (iphone, ipod, incognito, webmate,android, dream, cupcake, froyo,blackberry9500, blackberry9520, blackberry9530, blackberry9550, blackberry 9800, blackberry 9850, blackberry 9860, blackberry 9780, blackberry 9790, blackberry 9900, blackberry 9930, blackberry 9350, blackberry 9360, blackberry 9370, blackberry 9380, blackberry 9810,iemobile/7.0, iemobile/9.0,webos,s8000, bada,googlebot-mobile, adsbot-google)”

Can you tell me how can rectify the issue ? I think, I have to exclude some user agents from Supercache configuration. But couldn’t find any options for that.

Bluehost, my service provider, enabled W3 Total Cache to help my website run smoother but it causes the plugin, WP Touch Pro to be disabled. How do I resolve the conflict with the two plugins? Essentially to make sure that the site still appears as it should on mobile devices.

AppPresser & WP Touch Pro not working together

I am creating a WordPress app using AppPresser. The WP website I am using uses the WP Touch Pro plug-in for people viewing the website through mobile devices. When I have created the app and begin testing it on a mobile device it only runs the WP Touch Pro version of the website and not the AppPresser version.

I know there is a section in WPtouch Pro 3.1 for putting URLs that prevent the plugin from loading however I place the AppPresser redirected site URL which has ?appp=1 at the end of it here and it has no effect.

I also have ensured that the Enable AppPresser, WordPress Plugin is ticked and yet the WPtouch Pro version still manages to override AppPresser.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
