I reviewed the video.
Question: Will this support 4 short form answers per question rather than just Yes or No Answer:
Example:
What is your background in Plumbing:
1. I am a master tradesman
2. I am a trainee but working on my licence
3. I am a hobbyist and fix my own pipes
4. I hire someone to do my plumbing.

Each of these answers needs a score. i.e. Answer 1, 10 points.

I see that short answers are possible (as shown in the video) but how many characters does it support?

Or is this a paid feature to request.

Can I use HTML as answer so that the number user in puts may be used in formulas and scales?

First of all, thanks for great plugin!
But… Individual answers not save after update page in admin panel. I tried to use it on two different hosts with clear WP 4.3
Could you verify if it works on your host?

I’m currently creating an assessment test but the questions do not have a specific answer. the score of the test recipient is based on the choice of the recipient. How do i achieve this?
