WP Simple Pay integration does not work

The integration with WP Simple Pay does not seem to work correctly.

If you select WP Simple Pay as a trigger and choose “User completes a purchase through any form” then the automation does not fire when someone does complete a form.

You can also not select any particular form as whilst it says you can search for the WP Simple Pay form, none come up as it does not seem to index the titles. If you select one of the blank titled forms from the dropdown (by choosing the form with the right ID), the automation again does not fire.

I can’t determine whether the rest of the integration works properly or not as I can’t get past this first hurdle. However, there does not seem to be a way to use any of the data from the additional form fields in a WP Simple Pay form (such as phone number or address) and use that elsewhere.

This plugin has been great for other automations I use such as with RCP and TutorLMS, but WP Simple Pay seems completely broken

Payment forms are UGLY, NO structure.
Forget about WHERE or HOW to integrate your existing Woocommerce products into this plugin…good luck!
Pricing your existing products….NO flow-through…you have to create ALL NEW PRODUCT descriptions, pricing, etc…then figure out HOW to make sure it displays correctly on the Checkout page!

However, I am in trouble because it does not work well even if I press the button.

Hey Justin,

My last support post was to clarify what’s in the latest update to 1.2.8 and I went ahead and tested the update. It completely breaks the ACH payment page. Working fine on 1.2.7 and now the page is just blank. Almost as though the short code isn’t being recognized. Not sure. I reverted back and restored my site from a few hours ago, working fine again… So 1.2.8 has issues

Cleantalk is blocking wpsimplepay to proceed payment when we are using the overlay payment mode.

We can see in the logs that the form from the payment submit is being captured and blocked.

I have tried the Field name exclusions option with the following reg exp: (form_data_\w*|form_values_\w*|)
but that didn’t help.

Also tried to use the URL exclusion with page pricing that didn’t help either.

Any help with be appreciated.

Unable to Activate Plugin

WP Simple Pay Lite Companion requires WP Simple Pay Lite to run properly. Please install WP Simple Pay Lite before activating this plugin.

Where do orders go?

Where do the orders go after someone purchases in WP Simple Pay? I’ve got the app installed but how will I be notified that anybody placed an order to know to ship a product?
