In WP e-commerce 3.11.3 version, In store settings ,there is admin dashboard and in that admin dashboard there is customer purchase Receipt, what should i write in from address field and sender Name Field.Please help me ASAP

I am having problems, when using the search bar, it takes me to a summary page of what I have searched, this is fine as the layout is correct with the lieft side bar showing and the summary of results listed on the right. But when I click on one of the summary names to open it, it comes up with an incorrect layout, showing the single product page centred, and the writing is also overtop of the left sidebar writing, and, it shows a comments section which I do not want.

When I open up the products normally, it is in the correct format/ layout.

I think it may be to do with the wp e-commerce single page php, but not sure how to fix the problem?

Im hoping someone can help as it is very embarrassing opening up a search result page to show the product content on top of my side bar info.

wp e commerce plugin Version 3.8.13.4
Hi I am a newbie to all this I have had my site running for some months but recently I have tried to add some new products to my site.

When I try to add a new product to the desired page and going through the steps the short code does not appear on my page and it shows a value of 0 when I click insert button. I have contacted my web hosting company and they feel it is a problem with the plugin.

I have no php experience and seriously need some help with this issue as I can not add new products to my site www.peithoemporium.com

WP e-commerce plugin: sidebar not appearing on the side on single product pages

I am using wp e-commerce plugin to create an online store.

I changed a few things on the php files in order to give the single products page the layout needed, but somehow the sidebar just decided not to be a SIDEbar anymore and went below the product post. see here https://www.pato-logico.com/products-page/livros/domingo-vamos-a-luz/

I tried many things I’ve been reading in forums and others but nothing I’ve tried has made the sidebar return to the right side of the page where it belongs. I am no css and html code expert, though I understand a few things, and I really need to make this work.

Could anyone help me with this?

Hi, I’m trying to work out if there is a quick way to reduce all the product prices on a site (say by a %) without having to go into each item individually and set it.

This is for a site wide sale, and as there are many many products, I need a quick way to do this. If not on the wp e-commerce plugin, is there another plugin that offers this, or even some code I can add?

I am using wordpress 3.4.2 and Modernize theme, but after adding products nothing showing up on my product page. I deactivated all my plugins and change my permlink to default and saved it or saved it as post name still is not showing.

Please some one help me to fix this issue.

How to change text colour of checkout box on product page

I’m using wp e-commerce plugin. On the product page, once you click Add to Cart, a small window appears: “You just added x product to your cart” Then there are two options to Go to Checkout or Continue Shopping. The font colour of these two options is light grey and very difficult to see so my clients can’t find where to checkout. I’m guessing I need to change the code in a php file but I can’t figure out which one. Where can I find the code for this window please?

Please HELP! I’ve just installed WP E-commerce. I haven’t created any new products yet, but I did go through store settings to set it up.
Now when I go to my website https://180.210.201.130/~baobabph/school/home/ and click on any menu item, it links me to a Products Page instead of to the actual page.
The pages are still there, but the menus can’t point to them any more.
Please help urgently!
