Upon Updating Page/Post All Text Disappears in Visual Field

When we save and publish a page or post, and go back to that page/post to make additional edits, the text is no longer visible on the Visual tab. However, when we click the Text tab, it all shows up fine there. When we clear browser cache it temporarily fixes the issue for that particular page/post. We are having to clear browser cache on every single page/post, however. Note: the page/post on the live site shows the content fine. This seems to be a WP-Admin issue. Any ideas how to fix this without having to refresh browser cache multiple times per day?

We had been using the JM twitter card on our site for quite a while and when we updated the plugin to version: 11.1.0, the Wp admin dashboard becomes inaccessible and it throws HTTP 500 error. The debug log has the following error message
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home4/b8u5v7y1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jm-twitter-cards/admin/views/settings/settings.php on line 61

The site is running on WP version: 4.9.16

After login if I access wp-admin its redirect me home page.

Can′t log in in after cloning to subdomain

Hi, I cloned “www.mysite.com” to the subdomain “test.mysite.com” and changed the config.php accordingly.

Now on the new “test.mysite.com” it shows the homepage but when I try to access any page it redirects to “www.mysite.com”.

Also when I try to login into “test.mysite.com/wp-admin” it goes to test.mysite.com/wp-admin/install.php und shows the WP Install window. I don′t fill in any details, because I think it should show the login window.

I don′t have any clue on what is wrong and what to do.
Please help!

Internal Server Error 500

Hey Guys,

Is there anyone who can help me plz!! Im about to launch my website and whenever im editing the blog i get this Internal Server Error 500.

The logs from my hosting are like this.

I contacted Godaddy and had them look at the situation but they asked me that this issue is coming from my theme that i created with artisteer. I have re-installed wordpress and my theme but still no luck.

any idea what i can try do?

Not able to login to the wp-admin because of a Parse error: syntax error

I recently changed the domain associated with the Word Press site I built using the Evolve theme. I followed the instructions as spelled out in the WordPress documentation. The site is now associated with the new domain and appears fine, but when I go to “https://samsonlongmontlaw.com/wordpress/wp-admin/” or to “https://samsonlongmontlaw.com/wordpress/wp-login.php” I get the following error message and am not able to login to the WordPress dashboard:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/63/8580763/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/evolve/library/functions/options.php on line 1

Via FTP I grabbed a copy of the site to have a backup and then also downloaded the most recent version of the Evolve theme. I then replaced and uploaded the ‘options.php” file with the most recent version from the theme. But, that did not do the trick.

I also did a manual update to the site as outlined in the WordPress documentation, but that did not resolve the issue either.

Any idea what in the options file might be causing an error so that I cannot login to the WP dashboard?
