I am getting a 404 on the page when I log in as admin now, but I then just refresh to my /wp-admin page and it shows as normal.
I remember seeing something about a particular setting in the plugin that wiol give a 404 at wp-admin. Can you refer me to where that setting is so I can resolve this?
Thanks,
Rob

]]>After installing wp with quickinstall all is fine, but when i try to log in to mysite.com/wp-admin safari can’t load the page…(tested crome & firefox)
This is the first time so i have not installed any plugins or alike.
I have renamed pluginfolder just to se if it maters but no luck there.
This, on top of losing image editing after the 3.9 update – my site is now so broken that I’m seriously considering looking for another framework to build my site with.
I’ve been using WP since 2.8, but I begin to wonder if the WP culture has changed so that it is developed for the “professionals” and the rest of us can go hang.
I tried deleting my .htaccess through ftp then got a 404. I even get a 404 when I go to login via /wp-admin. I feel as though I’ve made a huge mess. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
]]>my dashboard stopped working and gives me a 404 error. wp-login.php doesn’t work either. I updated a plugin (Ajax Event Calendar). Some things didn’t work, so in the FAQ of this plugin it said what to do. I followed the instructions (which were: deactivating plugin, changing permissions to 777 of the css folder of that plugin and activating the plugin again). My dashboard stopped working when I hit the button ‘Activate’ of the plugin.
Solutions I found on the internet, but didn’t work:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');
to my wp-config.php filePlease help!
]]>Yesterday I tried to login to my dashboard and recieved my 404 error page. All posts on the website display properly and the navigation works but I can’t get into the dashboard. The odd thing is the grey bar appears along the top allowing me to try and edit posts, widgets etc so the system thinks I’m logged in but won’t let me into the actual dashboard.
I’ve renamed my plug in folder, changed my theme to the default, cleared cached and cookies, deleted htaccess and even reinstalled a brand new version of wordpress but am still receiving the 404.
Has anyone ever experienced this I’ve spent a day on it and am really at a loss.
Many Thanks
]]>I have it installed on several of my sites but one site is giving me fits. The SPS Dashboard frequently returns a 404 and no, at that same site, I cannot access SPS Details. I get a 404.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. I’ve tried repairing that table in phpMyAdmin. I’ve tried clearing browser cache.
I can’t think of what else might be the issue. Please give me a clue about what I should be looking for.
