UM Register form is blocked

Hi,

Somehow the UM registerform is blocked. Checked all settings to see if I could find anything to unblock, but can’t seem to find the answer why the register form is blocked.

Tried to find a similar topic, but can’t find it. Can you help?

Media images not showing up in library

My images that I upload aren’t showing up in my media library, although they are showing up on the web server in my uploads file. I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. I’ve de-activated all plugins, reset the plugin folder, changed the file permissions to 755, changed themes, did a fresh install of the wp-admin and wp-includes files. What else could it be?

please do update for WP 4.1.1

Tags and categories are not working properly i am using Multisite WP 4.1.1 and using the default widgets for tagging and categories .

I don’t know why some it works and rest its not working

when i click some that it just take me one 1 article and most of the time it show that “Error 404 Page Not Found”

any help will be appreciated
