Last two updates to Cleantalk AntiSpam have caused my homepage to stop working properly. The slider, which is a key part to my homepage, would not load properly at all on mobile versions, and would not link to respective pages on desktop version.

I have rolled back two versions of Cleantalk – am now on 6.4.4 – and it works fine. But I don’t want to update any further until this incompatibility is resolved.

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem?

I have had to disable Cleantalk AntiSpam as it was incompatible with SmartSlider 3 Pro which is a key function on my homepage. It stopped the slider working at all on mobiles and stopped any of the links working on the desktop version.

It is possible that it is the upgrade to the latest version of WordPress (6.7) that has exacerbated this, or a new update that Cleantalk have released that hampers my site. But I am unsure which I should do, revert to an earlier version of WordPress or wait for Cleantalk to release an update that ensures compatibility.

Would be very grateful for advice/support on this..

My site is working fine now that I have disabled it, but obviously I am now vulnerable to spam attack!

Dear All,

I’m having a problem checking the latest WordPress version in one of the websites I’m working on. I noticed that the current version used (6.3.2) is outdated but it doesn’t say that new update available. When I clicked on ‘Check again’ it gave me “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Is this a PHP memory limit problem? I increased the wp-config.php (both memory limit) to 512MB already but the problem still occurs. Is there a solution to this problem? It’s affecting the compatibility with other plugins, thus affect the performance.

Grey Screen Customizer problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my customizer, since I’ve updated to WordPress 6.0 – I’ve updated all the themes and plugins, and also the WordPress version.
I’m using the newest version of Cologmag and various Plugins.

I’ve also created a second database where I tested switching off all the plugins and all the themes (I’ve tried using all the other themes) but nothing helped. I’ve also tried to reset the customizer with a third party plugin in my testing-database but unfortunately nothing of all the above mentioned steps helped getting the customizer to work.

I’m stuck with a grey screen and can’t do anything else but exit the customizer. I’ve searched for workarounds the last few days and tried various different options such as updating the PHP – and setting the PHP cache higher, but non of the options helped unfortunately.

How can I continue with this Problem? Do you have any idea how to fix it?

FAQ not showing at all in frontend

Hello

Since a few weeks the FAQ aren’t showing on the Site anymore.
They are still in the backend, inserted als Shortcode.
But simply aren’t shown in the preview or the working site.

I am using Mesmerize Pro Theme and updated to the WP 5.9.
It has been working before, with accordion and customizing the design.

Could you check for compatibility to WP 5.9?
Or is there anything else I could try?

Problem with wordpress editor preview

Hi
I am having problem in seeing preview after the last WordPress update. I can not see the images in the preview. Apart from that everything is fine. When the post is published the images are there but when I am editing it, no images are seen in preview mode. Can anyone have any suggestion to solve it? Please help.
