I’m the developer of the Consent Mode Banner plugin, and I’m currently unable to reply to a support ticket regarding my plugin. It seems like my developer account (@tagconcierge) might be restricted or blocked from posting responses.
When I try to reply, I don’t see any option to submit a message. I’ve checked my account settings, but everything appears normal. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there a way to verify if my account has been flagged or restricted?
I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, as I need to assist a user with a support request.

Is this just taking me to another wordpress.com, hosted on wordpress click-through?
I want the www.remarpro.com, hosted through SiteGround option.
BACKGROUND:
Four days ago I deleted my domain.com (wordpress) website, and have decided to host through siteground instead so I can get more features through www.remarpro.com. In my hosting account, the DNS points to the correct IP Address hosted on Siteground. My domain name is registered to siteground and online. I have installed the wordpress software as described here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/softaculous-installation/
How do I fix this?
I am unable to log into my www.remarpro.com account. I go to reset the password and I haven’t been able to receive the confirmation link. I have waited for the confirmation link for about 2 hours and have checked my junk folder.
Is there anyone from wordpress that I can be in contact with? I would like to just be able to reset my password and then set a new one.

]]>I recently switched my website over from using www.remarpro.com to Squarespace. During the transfer, I forgot to also switch over (or at least screenshot) my old blog posts from WordPress. I use GoDaddy for my domain and I used it to switch over from WordPress to Squarespace. I have tried logging in to my old WordPress admin but it says I do not have an account (or something similar to that).
Does anyone know how I might access my old blog posts? I never deleted my WordPress website, I simply just directed my domain to go to my new Squarespace website.

]]>I find it unhelpful to do a plugins search and get back a page of results that are a mixed bag of new, outdated, popular, unpopular etc.
You currently have some filters for “popular”, and search by keyword or tags, but this doesn’t help with filtering out out-dated plugins.
What I ideally would like is a filtering option that sorts the results by “last updated”, as well as by “compatible with version X”. This way, plugins that are not kept up to date would sink to the bottom of results.

]]>Why is this so difficult. I have completed a .com site, I have created a .org because i want to be able to use a purchased theme. I cant even figure out how to log in to the [expletive removed] .org !!!
I was going to use the jetpack plug in to connect the two sites and adding the /wp-admin to my current “blog .com” takes me to the same [expletive removed] page over and over again.
related note: Why in the [expletive removed] is this so difficult – this should be a service on wordpress.com, an option to add themes is a no brainer. having to do all this extra [expletive removed] is time consuming and beyond frustrating.
I’m so pissed I spent any money at all – if I wouldnt have already purchased the domain, the theme, google apps I would use another site because it’s the most [expletive removed] up [expletive removed].
Whew, had to get that off my chest. I am pretty tech savvy but i say [expletive removed] this [expletive removed] is out of control [expletive removed].

]]>The customizer of the Dyad theme in wordpress.com offers different color palettes to choose from. This is not the case in www.remarpro.com.
I already found the CSS sheet of the bright white-blue palette in an earlier thread. Are the CSS sheets of the other palettes also available somewhere?
Or is this a premium feature only?

Since Facebook really discourages text heavy images for ad promotions, I updated the image on my W.org site with an image that is much less text laden.
However, when I post this updated blog post with the new less text heavy image, the old image text heavy image is still populating on my company Facebook page.
How do I get the new featured image on my W.org blog post to properly update when I post the same link on Facebook?
I’ve cleared my Safari cache on every device. That didn’t do anything.
