I consider myself pretty computer savvy but for the past couple of days I’ve become more & more frustrated with trying to add a woo commerce store to my website TresideCool.com. I’ve downloaded FileZilla & Cyberduck trying the FTP route. I tried looking for my network admin but had no luck.

I want to add an e-commerce site to my site.

Can't find item number

Hello, I have a WordPress site with a store where I sell my shirts and ties. When I get orders there is an item number associated with the product, but I can’t seem to find anywhere on the site that includes this number. Where do I find this?

Longwinded extra information: Here’s why it matters: I have some men’s and women’s shirts that have the same design and color and that have the very same main page title. The URL looks like this: https://www.scatterbraintees.com/products-page/men/abraham-lincoln-shirt/ You can see it’s in the men’s section by the link, but when I get an email about the sale there is nothing to distinguish whether it’s a men’s or women’s shirt other than this mysterious item number. I did the obvious and changed some of the titles to include either “men’s” or “women’s”, but it didn’t affect the emails I get because I’d have to change the permalink for that to make a difference. I’d rather not change the permalinks in case I lose some traffic that way.

I have set up wordpress store and when someone attempts to buy a product on the site it asks for their zip code but it doesn’t give any way of adding your zipcode, how do I make this work please?

Cannot Login After Adding Store Plugin

Hi.

My blog is https://www.voiceinrecovery.com/blog/ and last week I added a plugin to create a store to sell products. I had not done any editing or modifying of the plugin yet.

Ever since I added it I have not been able to log into my profile.

When I get to this page the website is blank or gives a http 500 error message: https://www.voiceinrecovery.com/blog/wp-admin/

I wish I could delete the plugin, or make it inactive but I cannot even access the dashboard to be able to do this.

I am not sure what to do – but at this point the store plugin has sort of crashed all pages on my website. No matter what page I click on it takes me to the “products page”.

Does anyone know what I can do to delete this plugin or login? I wish I could remember which wordpress store plug in I used, but I dont and am unsure how to even look to find that info out without being able to access my dashboard.

I am not really familiar with coding, and am willing to let someone else help back door enter to help me!

It says you can purchase it using the store button on the dashboard.

I bought a WordPress hoodie and their “Large” ran small (“Medium” at best), so I need to exchange it for an XL. However, their customer service is totally unreachable! The 1-800 number for customer service calls an entirely different company that just got the number 2 weeks ago! I emailed too and got no reply at all. Anyone know how to get these guys? If I’m going to spend $41 (ripoff) on a hoodie, I want something I can actually wear.
