Does WP stats log the IP adress of my readers?

Hi,

since i’m keen on my privacy (and that of my readers) i’d like to know whether wp stats logs user IPs (and other personal data) in any way. The stats are stored on a server that belongs to automattic i suppose, but i could not find any clear statement on their policy when this plugin is concerned.

I just upgraded to 2.6.1 from 2.5 and my WordPress Stats Plugin doesn’t seem to be gathering any new entries…Did everyone suddenly stop visiting my blog for the last 36 hours?

WordPress stats asking me to login & won’t take my info

I dl’ed the wordpress stats plugin earlier today. It has been working fine since; went to look at stats a few minutes ago and it takes me to the wordpress login page. Entered my username and password & it tells me my password is incorrect…umm no it’s not and I tried several times.

I am logged into my account, only when I click stats am I asked to login (even though I already am).

If I click on my “dashboard” everything looks as it should EXCEPT the stats section which shows the wordpress login page within it.

What’s up???

WP Stats Plugin working 50%, help!

Alright, I installed the plugin for stats, no problem. I installed it in my WP blog hosted on/in my own website (tyroneandstephanie.com) but I used the API Key from my wordpress blog on their free site (tyronebcookin.wordpress.com) so now I am getting the stats from my free blog on wordpress but no stats from my blog on my own website (even though thats where I installed the plugin).

Can you help me? Do I just need to change some code?
