Spam Registrations Persisting Despite reCAPTCHA Activation

Hello WebFactory Support,

I am using the Advanced Google reCAPTCHA plugin on my WordPress website to prevent spam registrations. I have configured the plugin and enabled reCAPTCHA on the user registration form, but I am still experiencing a high volume of spam registrations from a couple of days.

Here are the details of my setup:

Plugin Version: v1.27
WordPress Version: 6.7.1
reCAPTCHA Type: v2 Checkbox

Issues Observed:

Despite reCAPTCHA being enabled, bots are still managing to register.
I have verified that the reCAPTCHA box appears on the registration page and does not show any errors.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Checked API keys and re-entered them.
Tested registration form in an incognito browser to confirm reCAPTCHA appears.
Enabled: Block bad bots an option inside Firewall tab into the Advanced Google reCAPTCHA plugin.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Dashboard/Admin Page Not Loading

Earlier I noticed a weird file upload module on my website underneath the header. It looks something to do with with server so I figured there was some server maintenance going on. The same thing was displayed at the top of my wp-admin page. When I came back later to check the site, the message is still there but now I can longer access my wp-admin page at all. Here is a link to my site so you can see the spot I am talking about just below the header and if you go to https://obrienbats.com/wp-admin you will see that you cannot even log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

I always use wordfence on each website I develop for my client

Often, I see many clients come to me for small fixes to their website not knowing if their website is secure, I check their plugins to confirm there is any security implemented, often many clients don’t have any security plugins installed, before taking the project, I install wordfence and scan and confirm website is not hacked already, if issues found
