I had found a snippet to do this with Yoast SEO, but looking for one that would work with this plugin.
Thanks!
]]>It’s FREE FROM: bloat, clutter, nagging messages, spam advertising (as some other plugins in this category are not.)
We’ve tested Hide from Search and it indeed does hide whichever you want: search engines and/or WordPress search results for any Posts/ Pages/ WooCommerce Products/ LearnDash Courses and all other Custom Post Types that we’ve seen (that are coded to the WordPress standards of posts/pages).
Our heartfelt thanks to, Micah Wood, the plugin author for being generous and continuing to make www.remarpro.com the wonderful open sourced enabler that allows individuals, businesses, organizations and educators all around the world to be able to build anything they want on the web, as well as or better than any other content management system!
Note: We have indeed tested all of the other plugins in this category listed on www.remarpro.com, prior to migrating 853 client sites (migration still in progress) from one of the other plugins that recently ruined a plugin they either purchased or took over by littering the WordPress Dashboard with spam advertisements and making the plugin unnecessarily bloated.
]]>I have to be honest, I’m genuinely surprised at how good the free version is. Support is also very helpful, even the free version, which I appreciate. Many plug-in developers won’t talk to you unless you pay for their PRO version but that’s not the case here.
My only wish is that it had an advanced visual editor because I don’t know anything about CSS. It does have a visual editor for styling (colors, text, etc) but I’m fairly useless with code so I would happily pay money for a few additional options (IE. custom placement, sizing, etc).
Definitely recommend.
]]>I have various articles from 3 different post types on my site.
1 – The standard WordPress Posts.
2 – Events and Webinars custom post type.
3 – Ebook custom post type.
I am having issue with the wordpress search function. Searching the exact title of the post does not bring me the result for many articles, especially ones from the ebook custom post type. I tried using 2 different search plugins but neither resolves the issue for me.
Apparently this issue also affects the default WordPress search. I tried deactivating all plugins, and just use the default wordpress search, which is just searching for the standard Post type. But when I tried searching for the exact title for the post article, it also did not bring the result, just showing no results displayed.
Anyone else experiencing this issue too? Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
]]>I have created my first post-type with Pods and created several posts. It’s great.
I have now templates and the posts are on the website…
But when I’m searching one of the words of the content I have no result with default WP search.
“Exclude from research” is not selected.
I switch to Twenty Twenty theme and i have no more search result for the post-type…
What can I do more to resolve this issue ? Where can i explore ?
Thanks for your help !
