I emailed you, but what this error msg mean?
]]>Maybe you should remove the plugin from the repository if you can’t support your users.
]]>So I created a new WordPress plugin but I want to upload it to www.remarpro.com Plugin Repository and it says some of my old plugins are still under review.
I see I had submitted a plugin like last year (long time ago) and it is still under review, and now I have created a new better one and want WordPress to look at that plugin instead.
Is there a way I can stop them from reviewing the plugin?
]]>I’m a WordPress developer and I want to know which algorithm does WordPress use for calculating active installs of plugins that shows on the plugin stats on WordPress repository.
WordPress shows 3000+ active install for my solid and satisfied plugin with more than 120 five stars reviews (4.8 as average) but shows 5000+ active installs for another simple and buggy plugin that have less than 10 reviews (3.6 as average).
How is it possible?! Also based on my stats, my plugin active installs should be more than 7K.
Can someone please explain about it? Look forward to hear back from you soon.
Regards,
Hossein Rafiei
I would like to find out that is it allowed to post plugin into WordPress repository which are obfuscated and or protected by converting non-decodable code that no one could revert it but the plugins are free and fully working with WordPress.
]]>I am building a website using WordPress. When I tried to add a theme by clicking “Add New’ button in Themes section , the below error message has been displayed.
“An unexpected error occurred.Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration.”
Please find the screenshot of the error message here.
Please let me know the procedure for fixing this error.
Please do the needful ASAP.
]]>This was simply because we uploaded the entire /rep-u-press-social-analytics folder to the SVN as opposed to just the files and folders contained in /rep-u-press-social-analytics.
This produced an error that said “no plugin was found” when installing from the WordPress Repository.
If that sounds like technical jargon to you, don’t worry. This support comment is really more for developers if they have the same issue with the SVN in the future.
