WordPress Platform Misbehaving on Server

I am having a problem with my website.

The problem is that my site is being hacked by someone misusing the WordPress software platform.

I am running the latest version of WordPress and I am finding that the reserve IP namely, 10.30.*.* (10.30.88.*) are causing the plugins designed to create firewalls are being taken over.

In other words, my current ISP IP address of 24.47…. is being controlled by IP 10.30.*.* Therefore, it cannot be blocked.

I have asked my server Company to block the offending IP’s but have been told that the problem is the WordPress Platform.

They have suggested checking the issue with WordPress since the issue is coming from their platform and not there’s. Unfortunately they would like to assist further but are limited in their knowledge of the WordPress platform.

Can anyone assist. I can assure all that the mqSQL database has been scrubbed and even emptied and reloaded. We are only running simple WordPress Plugins on our site.

Can anyone please assist me on how to solve my problem?

I can’t help but wonder if we should be concerned about the website platform being WordPress.

Our website has it’s own url and hosting (I think) etc but the website is using WordPress as it’s platform. If WordPress disappeared tomorrow, would we lose the site? I have a backup program but it is all within WordPress.

I would feel better (for security, ownership etc) if the site could be ported to another platform. Is that easily done? Would I be able to easily edit the site still (or would I be screwed because I don’t know coding lol)

Late last year, my WordPress based website (I also have a WordPress blogsite) was hacked, with a redirection code to a pharmaceutical supply service. A colleague whom is also my webhost has, apparently, been in contact with them in order to track and clean the site. A partial move was done, in that a new password was supplied but it still redirecys from an archive dpage, not from the main page as before. I’ve installed Wordfence which has blocked and informed of attempted logins but, of course, hasn’t cleaned the code.
I am by no measure technically illiterate but the methods offered by WordPress to do a full un-and re-install are beyond my skills.
The site name is “www.awheelthing.com”, any and all assistance in finding the code and cleaning it is deeply appreciated.

I have tried to edit the description field in the All-in-one-SEO-pack on my website, but it hasn’t changed? I have tried it with and without metatags and rebuilt the XML sitemap immediately after, all to no avail. Am I missing something? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
