]]>My query here is as the subject. I am using Ultimate Member and have all the necessary forms enabled. My issue is rather minor but I am hoping I can just get a yes or no on the possibility. On verifying on the /login/ or with the woocommerce /my-account/ it seems to redirect back to the homepage of the site. Before using the plugin we used UM to signal the redirects back to the users account dashboards, however it doesn’t seem to honor the redirect from UM. So this has some of my users confused as to the change (but grateful for the added layer of account protection!). Granted it’s a minor quirk but I strive for ease of use with my user base so taking them to where it matters immediately on login is a bonus.
Before I get trapped in a loop of explanation… I see the 2FA plugin you guys offer has an option to set custom login redirect paths but the OTP version seems to not have these options. I have scoured through the docs and navigated every corner of the xecurify dashboard and can’t seem to find this as an option. So, yeah, you guessed it, is there an addon or any method I can implement to get this going? If I missed this somewhere my apologies.
Thanks again for a quality option for us UM folk! <3
]]>Just installed your “Google Authenticator – WordPress Two Factor Authentication” plugin yesterday (in order to test it with the 3 SECURITY QUESTIONS configured method), and logged in ONCE to our website with success.
Today, for weird reasons, none of our unchanged log in parameters (User IDs + passwords) are recognized and, after some attempts, WordFence systematically blocks any access to our website.
Then, we have followed the basic protocol to disable your plugin via our cPanel access (public_html/wp-content/plugins/miniorange-2-factor-authentication) by renaming the folder “miniorange-2-factor-authenticationa” as recommended in your video, but without success, since the same “Google Authenticator – WordPress Two Factor Authentication” log in window (see https://snipboard.io/UYDWON.jpg screenshot) persists to display instead of the normal one.
After that, we have deleted your plugin folder via our cPanel access (public_html/wp-content/plugins/miniorange-2-factor-authentication), but the issue persists, while the same “Google Authenticator – WordPress Two Factor Authentication” log in window is displaying instead of the normal one… and, after some attempts, WordFence systematically blocks any access to our website.
Consequently, could you please tell us how to recover the access to our website?
Regards,
Anton
]]>DO NOT buy their premium version or premium support. There are several other plugins on WordPress that do a better job and are supported better by their developers.
While purchasing their premium license for $19, first their system tricked the checkout and charged my card $118. Despite several attempts to get back refund, they ignored all emails. After pointing out defects in the premium version of the plugin within 2 days of purchase and upon requesting for refund as per their 10-day refund period, they stopped responding to the email and eventually said refund is denied.
I have raised a chargeback on my bank and about to send a letter to their payment gateway.
]]>For the some reason when our plugin is activated, OTP login not work. I think is related to the cache, because we have one part of code where cleaning cache only using PHP headers like:
header('Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0');
header('Expires: Sat, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT');
Can you help us solve this problem and together find right solution?
Thanks!

]]>I’ve inadvertently blocked access to one of our websites by activating a couple of settings in mini-orange 2FA. I was exploring the other options on the dashboard and I think because I tried setting protect wp_config file and htaccess (amongst others) I’ve damaged the setup.
I’ve tried disabling the plugin through the database, but I don’t have enough knowledge of the other wp_options which may also be causing the problem.
I can’t currently get to the wordpress login. Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Julie
