Double opt-in not working

Whenever a visitor subscribes through the widget (form) or via the blog comment option, the subscription becomes immediately active. The subscriber doesn’t receive any confirmation email. We enabled double opt-in in Subscribers Configuration.

Hello,

I am Using the WooCommerce Subscribers plugin and due to legal reasons in the EU we need to activate double opt-in action.
When I add the widget in the side bar, new users can sign up for the newsletter and they immediatly appear in the “manage subscribers” list. They don’t receive the confirmation email.

Any idea what i am doing wrong?

It’s surprising how deep and complete this plugin is. If you want to produce and manage newsletters, you’ll find it very capable. Support, in my experience, was very complete, as they clearly helped us configure SES/SNS services with their KB article and followup tech support.

When I set custom css nothing is happened, and when I put custom form in custom html, it displays two forms, I think I’m doing something wrong

First of all thanks for the free plugin and for the great work you have done with this newsletter plugin, it’s awesome!

I’ve just a problem, i’m testing the unsubcribe method, the “authenticate now” links works only if i resend the GET resquest rapidly after the first time… I’ve activated all the scripts and styles for the page “/manage-subscriptions/” but the problem persists. Do you have some tips for this?

btw: the link “Manage subscriptions” in the footer of the “Authenticate Email Address” email is wrong (the “subscriberauth” not coincides with the one on “authenticate now” link, it probably remains the previous one).

Newsletter plugin upgrade generate “Serial is not valid” message

I upgraded the Newsletter plugin to the latest version 4.6.7.4 and this led my wordpress site to be inaccessible, even the admin page, only showing the “Serial is not valid” message. I am not using any PRO version, so I don’t understand why I am getting this. I had to disable all plugins via phpmyadmin, and reenable them one by one…

how is possible to change widget design?
I, also want to change current display of field “Type a label/caption to display for the checkbox which your commentors will see.” I want text to be in one line, maybe in same with Submit button.
